If you check out on Monday you must do so before 7:00 p.m. The fee for the use of the room for Monday, July 29 is $50. This $50 fee will be added to your Sunday room charge, so you will see a charge of $246 plus taxes for Sunday, July 28. There will be no show fee refund if you cancel after Monday, July 1. Any changes to your arrival or departure date must be made 10 days prior or you will be charged a $75 change fee.

FORCE MAJEURE
The West Coast Trend Show will not be held liable for any delays or failure to conduct the show from any cause beyond reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, terrorist acts, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, power blackouts, unusually severe weather conditions.

Exhibitors represents that it maintains general liability insurance covering the foregoing, agrees that such insurance shall be primary in the event of a claim.
The West Coast Trend Show is not responsible for any of the Exhibitor’s products or merchandise that is stolen or lost.
